Ady Namaran Coulibaly is the Operations Manager of Bolingo Consult, a prominent language services company operating in Ghana and Rwanda. She is a Founding Board Member of the Association of Language Companies in Africa (ALCA) and is passionately committed to advancing the language service industry across Africa, aiming to achieve global recognition for the sector.

An ardent advocate for African indigenous languages, Ady co-founded the African Languages Conference (AFLC) to promote and celebrate linguistic diversity on the continent. Her influential work in the field has earned her a spot on the Nimdzi 2021 Localization Influencers Watchlist and recognition in Multilingual Media’s list of 52 Women Driving the Language Services Industry in 2022. She was nominated as a member of the 2024 TOP 50 Jack Ma Foundation’s Africa’s Business Heroes.
