He graduated from the University of Mines and Technology with a BSc in Geological Engineering, where he served as the Public Relations Officer and Editor-in-Chief for Chamber of Mines Hall and Secretary to the SRC Editorial Board during 2013-2014. During his third year at the university, he worked as a reclamation consultant for Heidelberg Cement Group (parent company of Ghacem Limited) and later became part of the organizing team for the 2018 African Youth SDGs Summit. He also worked with the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development (MoFAD) in Dunkwa-on-Offin in 2018. In 2021, he consulted on Trees4Biodiversity, Eco-clubs, and Accra Zero Waste Projects, implemented by the Green Africa Youth Organization in collaboration with La Dade-Kotopon Municipal and La Nkwantanang Madina Municipal Assemblies in Accra, Ghana. His geological expertise includes roles as an exploration geologist for Gold Empire Resources Limited, Goldstone Akrokerri Limited, Supreme 2000, and F.A. Minerals.
Nana Boadu Ntiamoah’s accolades underscore his excellence and innovation in his field. He was awarded Best Student Writer at the UMaT Community Excellence Awards (UMeX) in Tarkwa, Ghana, in March 2013 and received the Innovation & Biodiversity Award at the Heidelberg Cement Group Quarry Life Award Global Competition in Prague, Czech Republic, in December 2014. He was also the National Winner at the Heidelberg Cement Group (Ghacem Limited) Quarry Life Award Competition in Accra, Ghana, in November 2014. Additionally, he earned the Most Innovative Student Award at the UMaT Community Excellence Awards (UMeX) in April 2015 and the Tertiary Category Award at the Ghana Institution of Engineers 2nd Engineering Excellence Awards in October 2015.
